Overview

Prepare to sit for a business analysis certification by attending one of our specialized courses designed to meet the rigorous educational requirements of the industry. Business analysis represents the practice of enabling organizational change by identifying business needs and opportunities, and recommending solutions that deliver measurable value. A skilled Business Analyst drives change through comprehensive strategy analysis, thorough requirements analysis and solution design, systematic solution evaluation, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

We offer both a 4-day in-class and an 8-evening instructor-led course designed to prepare you for the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), or the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification exam. This comprehensive course meets the education requirements necessary to sit for any of these certification exams. The curriculum conforms to and aligns with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Guide version 3.0 published by the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis). Note that certification exam fees and course material fees are not included in the course price shown, though these fees may be covered if you are participating in a comprehensive training program.
