Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change by defining business needs and opportunities and recommending solutions that deliver value. A Business Analyst drives change through strategy analysis, requirements analysis and design definition, solution evaluation, and facilitating collaboration. We offer a 4-day (or 8-evening) instructor-in-the-room course designed to help you prepare for either the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification exam. This class will meet the education requirement to sit for these exams. This course conforms to and aligns with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) Guide version 3.0 of the IIBA® (International Institute of Business Analysis). (Certification exam fee and book fee are not included in the class price shown. However, these fees may be paid for you if you are doing a long training program.)
