This course is a concise and effective introduction to the basics of Company Law. It clearly explains the legal concepts surrounding companies, partnerships, assets, and liabilities. I liked how the content was structured—starting from definitions and context, and then gradually introducing practical examples. The explanations are simple and beginner-friendly, making it ideal for students, interns, or anyone new to corporate law.
It’s self-paced, takes around 10 hours to complete, and comes with a free certificate, which is a big plus. I’d definitely recommend it to law students or anyone interested in business law basics.
