The importance of interpersonal skills

Good. I learned about the introduction of communication and interpersonal skills. I only wish the course was a little longer, but it's good enough. And I got a free certificate of course.

I enjoyed this short course. It reminded me how important it is to be aware of how I am attempting to communicate with someone and what channels I am doing so with. There are so many different ways a single message can be interpreted. It is such a good idea to know the right tools to ensure the message is sent and received in the manner that it was intended.

I've learned that teamwork is actually not only like a name, what others do, but first you need to understand the result. The course also mentioned something about rules, so we need to understand what rules they are following and also understand ourselves first. That is what I gained and what I understand typically from the course. Also, one thing I understand is that working with those macho people will make work much easier for us to work easily.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned many interesting new things. Especially the 8 roles and relevant activity was really informative
