Dartmouth Health Continuing Education for Professionals Home, Nursing Grand Rounds “ Nursing Burnout and Coping Strategies, 6/21/2021 8:00:00 AM - 6/21/2024 8:00:00 AM, This presentation will provide education on the topic of nursing burnout including risk factors for developing burnout, signs and symptoms, and methods for prevention and treatment. A variety of coping strategies and practical leadership qualities will be discussed. A brief overview of a recent project evaluating nurses™ knowledge of burnout on a medical-surgical unit at DHMC will be reviewed along with the results of the project.
