Step into one of healthcare's fastest-growing entry-level support roles. This program builds your hands-on skills in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and Microsoft Foundry, all in the context of real healthcare AI workflows.
You'll learn to coordinate project work across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel; draft meeting summaries and status updates with Microsoft Copilot using PHI-safe practices; read and interpret Power BI dashboards to monitor healthcare AI adoption; and review AI outputs from technical teams against Responsible AI and compliance checklists. A dedicated GenAI Literacy module covers responsible AI use in healthcare, and the program concludes with a Capstone in which you produce a project workspace blueprint and a first-30-day governance packet for an entry-level healthcare AI initiative.
By the end of the program, you'll be ready for entry-level roles such as Healthcare AI Coordinator, Clinical AI Project Coordinator, Healthcare AI Implementation Analyst, or Digital Health Project Coordinator—roles that build toward Healthcare AI Program Manager responsibilities over time.
This program is useful for career-changers, recent graduates, project managers, and healthcare professionals who want to support AI projects in healthcare settings. No prior AI development experience is required. General familiarity with professional workflows is helpful but not mandatory.

Use Microsoft Copilot to speed up routine project coordination tasks while building the sound judgment to verify, refine, and safely distribute AI-generated outputs. This course covers prompt writing, drafting meeting summaries, milestone tracking in Planner, and evaluating Copilot outputs against accuracy and PHI-safety criteria. You'll write effective Copilot prompts for healthcare AI program management tasks; draft and validate meeting summaries, action lists, and status updates using Copilot in Word, Teams, and Outlook; track milestones, task ownership, and blockers in Microsoft 365 Planner; apply basic meeting facilitation practices alongside Copilot-assisted summarization; and evaluate Copilot outputs for factual accuracy, PHI sensitivity, and appropriate task ownership before distribution. A GenAI Literacy module on responsible AI augmentation for healthcare program managers is included. This course is suitable for learners with foundational Microsoft 365 collaboration skills and who are ready to layer Copilot into established Microsoft 365 coordination routines. No prior AI tool experience is required.
-
Set up and run the day-to-day coordination work of a healthcare AI initiative using Microsoft 365. This course covers the practical tools and routines that support real entry-level healthcare AI program management work. You'll configure Teams channels and SharePoint repositories with PHI-aware access controls; use Excel to maintain RAID logs, stakeholder lists, and basic cost and resource views; communicate routine project updates to clinical, operational, and compliance stakeholders via Outlook and Teams; map AI-enabled workflows with human review checkpoints; and coordinate vendor and tool onboarding tasks. By the end of this course, you'll be able to stand up and maintain a complete project workspace and trackers for an entry-level healthcare AI workstream. This course is suitable for learners ready to apply Microsoft 365 to real-world scenarios and who have some familiarity with email and shared documents.
-
Build the stakeholder communication and change-readiness skills that determine whether a healthcare AI initiative succeeds. This course covers stakeholder mapping, executive briefing preparation, plain-language translation of technical AI concepts, adoption measurement, and change-readiness assessment. You'll map stakeholder priorities, concerns, and influence for a healthcare AI initiative; prepare executive briefing decks in PowerPoint that connect AI initiatives to business and clinical value; translate technical AI concepts into plain language for clinicians and operations staff; complete change-readiness assessments and prepare change tickets; and measure adoption indicators using Microsoft Forms surveys and Excel summaries. By the end, you'll be able to assemble a complete stakeholder engagement package for an entry-level healthcare AI implementation. This course is suitable for learners ready to focus on the human side of healthcare AI rollout. Communication experience in any professional setting is helpful but not required.
-
Build the conceptual foundation you need to support healthcare AI initiatives. This course introduces how Healthcare AI Coordinators, Clinical AI Project Coordinators, and Healthcare AI Implementation Analysts bridge clinical, business, project, and technical teams; how organizational priorities shape AI strategy; and how core health informatics concepts apply to AI implementation work. You'll explore the Healthcare AI Program Manager role across provider, research, consulting, payer, and pharmaceutical settings; organize executive inputs into a draft healthcare AI strategy brief and rollout outline; and apply health informatics terminology to interpret real project artifacts such as data dictionaries, workflow notes, and system diagrams. No prior AI or healthcare technology experience required—all concepts are introduced from the ground up. This course is suitable for learners who want a portfolio artifact demonstrating foundational skills.

Prepare for the job market with practical guidance tailored to entry-level healthcare AI support roles. Get an inside look at a Healthcare AI Coordinator's daily responsibilities, then package your program work into hiring-manager-ready artifacts. You'll translate your course deliverables into a targeted resume, build a structured portfolio narrative around your capstone project, and evaluate target job descriptions using canonical role vocabulary. Master the STAR method to practice interview responses for key entry-level positions—including Healthcare AI Coordinator, Clinical AI Project Coordinator, Healthcare AI Implementation Analyst, and Digital Health Project Coordinator—that build toward Healthcare AI Program Manager responsibilities over time. This course is ideal for job-seeking learners, career-changers, and transitioning professionals ready to launch an entry-level healthcare AI career.
-
Use Power BI to monitor how healthcare AI implementations are performing—focused on consuming, filtering, interpreting, and communicating insights from dashboards prepared by analysts. This course builds the data-monitoring literacy that entry-level healthcare AI program managers need to contribute meaningfully to project status meetings. You'll navigate Power BI reports using filters, slicers, drill-through, and page navigation; distinguish chart-type choices for trends, comparisons, distributions, and exceptions; interpret dashboard indicators to monitor adoption, task progress, and operational exceptions; identify anomalies in healthcare AI implementation metrics; and prepare annotated status snapshots for recurring project meetings. Building or modifying Power BI report visuals is not in scope—learners consume and interpret analyst-built reports rather than construct them. This course is suitable for learners who are familiar with basic spreadsheets and want to add data-driven monitoring to their program management toolkit. No prior Power BI experience is required.
-
Apply compliance, Responsible AI, and healthcare ethics principles to entry-level program oversight work. This course builds the review and escalation skills that help healthcare AI coordinators protect patients, support compliance, and contribute to responsible AI practices—without requiring independent legal or technical validation. You'll apply compliance checklists grounded in HIPAA and HITECH to healthcare AI project documents in Microsoft 365; review AI outputs and supporting documentation handed off from technical teams against an approved Responsible AI checklist, document findings, and escalate to senior reviewers; and analyze ethical considerations such as patient autonomy, consent, explainability, and equitable impact in routine implementation scenarios. This course is not legal training—entry-level outcomes focus on applying approved checklists and escalating appropriately, not independently validating models or providing final compliance approval. This course is suitable for learners ready to take on the oversight side of program management. No legal or formal ethics training is required.

Pull together everything you've learned to plan and document an entry-level healthcare AI implementation. The required core deliverable is narrowed to a project workspace blueprint and a first-30-day status and governance packet—the realistic scope of an entry-level hire's portfolio artifact. Supplementary appendices demonstrate breadth without ballooning the workload.
