Capstone Orientation and Workspace Foundation
- Build the workspace foundation of a healthcare AI implementation plan. You will set objectives and scope, map stakeholders, build a milestone tracker, and draft a communication plan, and then submit a practice draft for feedback before the graded work begins.
Operational Layer and Governance Packet
- Build the operational and governance sections of a healthcare AI implementation plan. You will map workflow checkpoints, produce a metric readout, log risks and issues, write escalation recommendations, and route each one to the right destination.
Capstone Submission
- Apply the nine-section planning structure to a healthcare AI initiative you have not seen before, and submit the complete deliverable for grading.
