Through authentic business conversations and activities, you’ll practice sharing key information such as your name, job, company, and city, as well as identifying this information when meeting others. You’ll also explore common conversational strategies, such as asking follow-up questions, using polite rejoinders, and applying appropriate nonverbal communication, to help you build rapport and navigate introductions smoothly in international business settings.
