watsonx: Technical Essentials

In this course, you will learn how IBM watsonx, IBM's portfolio of AI products, accelerates the impact of generative AI in core workflows to drive productivity. You follow the story of Erik, the AI specialist, who works for a large health products company, and learn the benefits and capabilities of watsonx. You explore the bases of watsonx, such as foundation models and data lakehouses, supported by querying, governance and open data formats to access and share data. You investigate the use of conversational AI for fast and efficient customer care and AI agents (capable of autonomous reasoning) to solve complex tasks.
