This course covers techniques to use when operating near the runway surface area (RSA). We'll also review real-life examples of runway incursions, the Flight Standards Compliance Program and provide resources to help you understand next steps if this happens to you or a student that you have endorsed. Course content is presented by Christine Madden, FAA Runway Safety Program Manager and Nick DeLotell, FAA Aviation Safety Inspector. Course is hosted by Karen Kalishek, DPE, ATP, CFII, MEI, Master Instructor.This course content will take approximately 70 minutes to complete.
