This presentation provides information on the factors behind General Aviation's involvement with runway incursions. Available data points to a lack of training, awareness, and knowledge of airport and runway operations.The FAA's Air Traffic Organization Safety Service Unit has asked for scenarios prepared as training tools for CFI/Flight schools. This presentation introduces those tools, which will soon be distributed by FAASTeam.This course content will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.
