This program prepares you to use AI responsibly while developing empathic communication skills. Across seven courses you’ll act as an ethical mediator between chatbots and users: you’ll use prompt templates and a tone‑accuracy‑risk checklist to vet responses and know when to elevate issues. You’ll explore why people adopt or abandon AI wellness tools by analyzing psychological factors such as trust, privacy, empathy, effort expectancy and social influence, and mapping the five‑stage consumer decision journey. You’ll practice ethical AI habits by applying the guiding principles of privacy, transparency, fairness and accountability, mastering consent protocols to understand how data is used, and using a red‑flag checklist to catch biased or harmful outputs. You’ll combine empathy frameworks like LAER (Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond) and AARVR with AI tools like ChatGPT to practice responding to frustrated customers, analyze conversation sentiment and decide when to trust AI suggestions. You’ll learn the Pros‑Cons‑Mitigations decision framework to generate options with AI and align choices with personal values. Finally, you’ll measure human‑AI connection using anthropomorphism concepts and a warmth‑and‑competence survey. Through role plays and coach dialogues you’ll finish ready to evaluate, communicate and decide with AI in ways that build trust and protect wellbeing.

In this hands-on course, you'll learn to assess AI chatbot capabilities and limitations before your first user interaction—preventing the miscommunication that frustrates users and creates liability. Master pre-written prompt templates that generate consistent, targeted wellness responses, from morning routines to stress management. Most importantly, develop systematic evaluation skills using a 3-point checklist (tone, accuracy, risk) that catches problematic outputs before they reach users—and know exactly when and how to escalate to supervisors. Through realistic role plays and coach dialogues, you'll practice the complete workflow under time pressure. Designed for wellness coordinators, peer support specialists, HR wellness staff, and anyone facilitating AI-assisted wellness support. No technical background required.

Transform how you approach tough decisions—from anxious avoidance to structured confidence. You'll learn the Pros-Cons-Mitigations framework that turns overwhelming choices into clear analysis by adding one crucial element most people miss: specific actions to reduce your biggest concerns. Master using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to generate comprehensive options you might not see on your own—then process that output critically rather than accepting it blindly. Most importantly, learn to align your decisions with your authentic values, so you make choices you can actually live with, not just choices that 'make sense.' Through realistic role plays and coach dialogues, you'll practice explaining the framework and evaluating real decisions. Designed for anyone facing career moves, major purchases, relationship choices, or life transitions. No technical background required.

Master the five-stage consumer decision journey and see exactly where users progress or drop off with AI mood trackers, stress-relief chatbots, and wellness apps. Most importantly, you'll apply structured observation techniques to record and categorize real user behavior, separating what you see from what you interpret. Through realistic role plays and coach dialogues, you'll practice applying adoption factors to diagnose products and facilitating decision journey discussions. Designed for product managers, UX researchers, marketers, and anyone working in the AI wellness space.
