Cultural agility, defined as the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with people from different cultures, is the cornerstone of this course. You'll learn to move beyond surface-level differences and delve into the eight key cultural dimensions that shape communication, decision-making, and work approaches. These dimensions include formal vs. informal work styles, direct vs. indirect communication, and individualist vs. group-oriented, among others. Through practical frameworks, you'll develop self-management skills such as tolerance of ambiguity, resilience, and curiosity. Additionally, you'll master relationship-management competencies -- humility, relationship-building, and perspective-taking -- to connect with and learn from team members with varied backgrounds. The course also covers task-management competencies, including cultural minimization, adaptation, and integration.
