By the end of this course, you will be able to use creative limitations as a tool to spark ideas, build momentum, and reconnect with your natural artistic curiosity. In Creative Limitations Challenge: 7 Days of Curious Art-Making, Gemma the Pen guides you through a playful, structured reset—one that proves that moving forward creatively often starts with pulling back. Across seven days, you’ll explore focused prompts that limit colour, tools, size, senses, marks, time, and space. These simple constraints help quiet overwhelm, encourage experimentation, and reveal new ways of seeing and making. By the end of this course, you will be able to approach art with greater confidence, curiosity, and flexibility, while developing a deeper understanding of your own creative preferences. This course is ideal for beginners looking to build confidence, as well as experienced artists who feel stuck or want to refresh their process. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to play. To be successful, you should have basic materials (even just pen and paper) and an openness to explore without overthinking.

By the end of Intuitive Art Journaling: Work Through Artist’s Block, taught by Jerney Marisha, you will be able to start creating without a fixed plan, make intuitive artistic choices, draw inspiration without imitation, and reduce creative pressure to regain momentum. Artist’s block often shows up as overthinking, hesitation, or perfectionism—but this course offers a refreshing alternative. Instead of focusing on a final outcome, you’ll build your artwork step by step, responding to what’s already on the page. This intuitive, low-pressure approach helps you reconnect with your creative flow, even if you’ve felt stuck for a long time. Along the way, you’ll explore selected pages from Frida Kahlo’s diary as inspiration—learning to notice elements like color, mark-making, and materials, and translating those observations into your own unique work. This course is ideal for beginners and experienced artists alike—especially those feeling creatively blocked or overwhelmed. No prior experience is required; just a willingness to experiment and let go of perfection.
-
By the end of Sketchbook Adventures: Simple Exercises to Spark New Ideas, taught by Policorne, you will be able to set up a sketchbook practice that feels inviting, generate creative ideas through simple exercises, build color palettes, and develop visual concepts with clarity and confidence. You’ll also learn how to reflect on your work to uncover patterns and define your creative direction. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to create next, this course offers a gentle, refreshing approach. Instead of rigid plans or big goals, you’ll explore playful sketchbook exercises designed to spark curiosity, reduce pressure, and help ideas emerge naturally. Through small studies, inspiration mapping, and experimentation, you’ll reconnect with the joy of making—one page at a time. This class is ideal for beginners, hobbyists, and experienced artists looking to rebuild momentum or start the year with intention. No advanced skills are required—just a sketchbook, basic materials, and a willingness to explore. What makes this course unique is its focus on small wins and sustainable creativity, helping you create a body of ideas you can return to again and again.
