What is the Digital Divide?

In this module, you will learn to apply the six foundational principles of digital inclusion (digital inclusion, digital exclusion, digital equity, digital divide, digital redlining, digital literacy) to your own communities. You will make connections to what you already know about digital inclusion and the content introduced in this section.

How This Impacts Me and My Community

In this module, you will make high-level connections to digital navigation services to assess your local community’s digital service needs. You will practice assessing your community needs using real-world data on broadband access locally.

Navigating the Digital Divide

In this module, you will understand the role of a digital navigator, explore navigation and digital resilience ecosystems, and learn foundational skills for effective digital navigation.
