Designed for senior leaders, Vice Presidents, and Directors preparing for executive roles such as Chief AI Officer, Vice President of Operations, or Head of Business Transformation, this course is the capstone to your AI transformation journey. Building on the AI architectural frameworks covered throughout the program, you will learn to translate those insights into a compelling executive narrative for key decision-makers. You will analyze your leadership history across Governance Architecture, Organizational Transformation, and Value Realization to identify your strongest evidence and assess experience gaps. Consequently, you will build a four-component Strategic Executive Narrative that demonstrates your ability to govern complex systems, lead human-centric change, and create scalable accountability. You will also test your narrative against common board-level objections to strengthen its credibility. By course end, you will be able to translate your leadership strengths into a strategy for directing automated systems and human-AI coordination, and present a clear, evidence-based executive narrative that communicates your value to senior stakeholders and Boards.

Syllabus

Translating Your Leadership History for the AI-First Economy
- The executives who will lead AI-native organizations are not necessarily the ones who understand AI most deeply—they are the ones who can demonstrate that their existing leadership strengths are directly applicable to the specific challenges of directing automated systems, governing AI-human workflows, and managing the organizational consequences of AI at scale. This module gives leaders the analytical framework to map their leadership history to the competencies the AI-first economy specifically rewards—and to identify the gaps they need to address before the narrative is credible.
Construct Your Strategic Executive Narrative
- The Strategic Executive Narrative is not a resume summary or a LinkedIn headline. It is a structured, evidence-based account of what the executive specifically brings to the challenge of building and leading an AI-native organization, told in the language that senior stakeholders and boards actually use to evaluate executive candidates and investment sponsors. This module guides executives through constructing that narrative from the leadership history analysis, and stress-testing it against the specific objections and skepticism they are most likely to encounter.
