- Through real-world examples, you'll learn how supply chain management (SCM), powered by data analytics, can create a lasting competitive advantage. You'll understand why analytics is critical to effective SCM, and learn how to measure supply chain efficiency. By the end, you'll be able to identify the core domains of a supply chain.
Supply Chain Pain Points and How Analytics May Relieve Them
- Through real-life examples, you will learn how analytics can be applied to various domains of a supply chain to relieve the pain points and generate economic value.
Supply Chain Jobs and Mini-Project
- In this final week, you will learn supply chain job opportunities, requirements and preparation.
