  • Module 1
    • In this module, you’ll learn the basics of project management and the responsibilities of an IT project manager to provide you with a foundation for future course content.
  • Module 2
    • In this module, you’ll learn about systems view in project management, project process groups, the importance of project planning, and project management practices.
  • Module 3
    • This week you’ll learn about strategic planning in projects, project charters, and project management plans.
  • Module 4
    • This week you’ll learn about the documentation of project requirements, preventing scope creep, product development methodologies, Agile Development, Work Breakdown Structure, and scope management.
