CREO Stakeholder Management Course helps you understand stakeholder dynamics, map influence, and engage key actors with greater clarity, timing, and strategic awareness to strengthen collaboration and drive outcomes. This course is designed for professionals, project leads, programme managers, founders, consultants, partnership managers, and team leaders who need to engage stakeholders in complex environments. It is especially relevant for people working with internal or external stakeholders where influence, trust, timing, culture, resistance, and long-term support matter. Through this course, you will explore how influence works beyond formal authority, how alliances are built and sustained, and how silence, timing, trust, and legitimacy shape stakeholder relationships in complex environments. By the end of the course you will learn how to navigate resistance, build engagement, and lead with stronger presence across organisational and cross-cultural contexts.

Syllabus

  • Foundations of Stakeholder Influence and Silent Power
    • This module introduces stakeholder management through both established frameworks and the less visible dynamics of influence. Learners will explore how power operates through silence, timing, absence, trust, and crisis conditions. The module helps learners move beyond formal stakeholder mapping to recognise hidden influence and unspoken authority.
  • Strategic Positioning, Cultural Intelligence, and Influence Depth
    • This module focuses on how stakeholder influence is built through positioning, communication, cultural awareness, and ethical judgement. Learners will examine how credibility and legitimacy are developed when formal authority is limited. The module also explores how silence can indicate resistance, fatigue, or deeper stakeholder opposition.
  • Strategic Engagement, Alliances, and Enduring Support
    • This module explores how stakeholder engagement becomes sustainable over time. Learners will examine how alliances are built, how support is maintained, and how stakeholder relationships can be designed around mutual value. The module focuses on moving from short-term agreement to long-term commitment, institutional alignment, and enduring influence.
