    • This module explores how organizational structure, culture, and leadership impact the adoption of Agile. It focuses on frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, the role of value streams, and strategies for scaling Agile practices through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Scaling Agile Systems Engineering
    • This module focuses on scaling Agile methodologies across large, multi-team engineering organizations. It examines synchronization mechanisms, team specialization, backlog management, and executive roles in supporting Agile transformation.
  • Integrating MBSE and Agile Practices
    • This module bridges Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with Agile methodologies. It highlights the role of SysML, model-based communication, and value-driven design in enhancing efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder alignment within complex systems.
