This module starts with an overview of the risk monitoring and closing process. Risk Reporting and Closing

This module starts by developing specific risk reports to fit the predictive and adaptive approaches. Students learn qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering and reporting data in a way that ensures accuracy across methodologies. The module highlights the importance of updating critical project documents, including management plans, change logs, and organization-wide risk updates.
