Syllabus

Getting Started with Risk Identification

This module explains the process of risk identification, different approaches, and some essential techniques like brainstorming, nominal group technique, focus groups, and interviews. The module also includes topics like Delphi technique, mind mapping, affinity diagrams, root cause analysis, checklist analysis, SWOT analysis, and assumptions analysis.

Identifying Risks

This module includes wide-ranging topics that start from formulating clear risk statements up to categorizing risks in distinct types. The topics covered include creating a risk register, as well as updating the same with newly acquired insights. At the end of the module, learners will get to the understanding of constraints, requirements for compliance, and discovering triggers that signal potential risks.
