- Quality Systems in Healthcare
- In this module, you will explore various quality systems in healthcare, including CMS/MIPPS, NCQA, and HEDIS. We will examine the significance of quality systems and their impact on healthcare delivery. You will gain an understanding of the role of quality measures and reporting in improving patient outcomes and organizational performance.
- Safety and Risk Management
- This module focuses on safety and risk management practices in ambulatory healthcare settings. You will examine strategies for identifying and managing potential risks, hazards, and adverse events. We will explore techniques for establishing proactive safety measures, such as error prevention and patient safety protocols. You will also gain insights into incident reporting and investigation procedures.
- Developing Quality and Safety Programs
- In this module, you will learn how to develop effective quality and safety programs in ambulatory healthcare settings.
