By the end of this course you'll be able to take a talk from a blank page to a rehearsed, audience-ready presentation — using AI to do the slow parts while the ideas stay yours. You'll learn to write prompts that return usable drafts, define who your audience really is, shape a one-sentence takeaway people repeat afterwards, build slides that support you rather than compete with you, and rehearse out loud against the hardest questions you could be asked. No prior AI experience is needed. If you can write an email, you can do everything here. What makes this course different is that nothing is theoretical. Every technique is shown in a short screencast using real AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Gamma — on a real talk being built from scratch, so you see exactly what to type and what comes back. Two hands-on labs put you in the tools yourself. You'll also leave with a prompt library: ready-to-use prompts for every stage of preparing a talk, so your next one never starts from an empty page.

How to Start Using AI for Public Speaking
- This module gives you a working method for using AI tools when you prepare a talk, starting from no prior experience. You will learn what makes a prompt produce something usable rather than something generic, what the main tools do well, and where AI genuinely helps a speaker compared with where it makes a talk worse. You will also cover the responsibilities that stay with you: checking anything you did not supply yourself, protecting confidential material, and never claiming experience that is not yours. These skills apply to every stage of preparing a talk and to any AI tool you use later.
How to Use AI to Define Your Audience and Your Speech Message
- This module covers the decisions that determine whether a talk lands, all of which come before any writing begins. You will learn to build a detailed picture of the people in the room, including what they already know and what they are likely to resist, and to compress your material into a single sentence an audience member could repeat the next day. You will also learn to research a topic with AI without inheriting invented facts, and to save your working context so tools stop needing the same explanation each time. These skills prevent the most common cause of a talk that wanders: nobody decided what it was for.
How to Write a Talk Script with AI
- This module takes you from unstructured notes to a full script you can say out loud. You will learn why AI-generated talks sound generic and what inputs prevent that, how to generate and choose between different structures rather than accepting the first outline offered, and how to draw usable stories out of your own experience through interview-style prompting. You will also learn to rewrite written prose into speakable lines, which is the difference between a script that reads well and one you can deliver.
How to Turn Your Script into Slides with AI
- This module covers how to build slides that support a speaker rather than compete with them. You will learn to decide what belongs on screen and what belongs in your voice, turn a script into a slide outline with headlines that state findings rather than label topics, and generate a full deck from that outline using an AI presentation tool. You will also learn to choose and simplify data visuals for a room rather than a page, and to review a finished deck using AI as a stand-in for someone seeing your slides for the first time.
How to Rehearse Your Talk and Prepare for Q&A with AI
- This module covers everything between a finished script and standing up to deliver it. You will learn what AI can accurately assess about your speaking and what only a human listener can judge, how to work from a transcript of yourself to find the sentences that fail out loud, and how to build a one-page cue sheet that lets you speak rather than read. You will also learn to identify the hardest questions your talk invites and to answer them briefly and honestly.
How to Build a Repeatable AI Workflow for Public Speaking
- This module turns individual techniques into a method you can use again without relearning it. You will work from a complete library of prompts covering every stage of preparing a talk, from defining an audience to preparing for hostile questions. You will learn to match the amount of preparation to the occasion, since applying a full process to a short update is the most common reason people abandon a method entirely, and to compress the whole workflow into a single evening when a deadline leaves no more time. You will also identify which of these skills depend on specific products and which will still apply as tools change.
