The module also explains your role in providing ongoing feedback, ensuring transparency, and maintaining documentation. By laying a strong foundation, you will be better prepared to manage performance objectively and support employee development throughout the performance cycle.
  • Module 2: Delivering Feedback and Coaching Employees 
    • In this module, you will learn how to deliver timely, constructive feedback that supports employee growth. You will practice effective communication techniques, understand the fundamentals of coaching, and learn how to address performance issues professionally. Real-life situations will help you navigate challenging feedback moments and support employees in developing their skills and confidence.
  • Module 3: Conducting Fair and Constructive Performance Reviews
    • In this module, you will learn how to prepare for and conduct performance review conversations that are objective, fair, and supportive of employee development. You will learn how to consistently apply evaluation criteria, accurately document performance, and professionally address concerns. Scenarios help you practice leading review conversations that motivate and inform employees.
  • Module 4: Final Assessment and Wrap-Up
    • In this module, you will revisit major concepts from the course, including performance goal setting, feedback, coaching, and review documentation.
