This course is designed to provide you with essential skills and knowledge in IP services, important for any networking professional. You'll learn about Network Address Translation (NAT) and its role in modern networks, how to configure the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) for IP addressing, and the operations of DNS and SNMP for network management. The course also covers Quality of Service (QoS) for network performance and secure remote access using SSH. With hands-on labs and exercises, you'll gain the expertise to manage and optimize complex network environments.

  • IP Services
    • This module covers network address translation, overview, and use cases. You'll learn about the Network Time protocol (NTP), as well as Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and why it's important to IP addressing. You'll then learn about the operations of DNS and how the protocol works. The module also covers Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and basic SYSLOG concepts and use cases. You will cover quality of service (QOS), remote access configuration using Secure Shell or SSH, and device file management protocols.
