Syllabus

  • Salesforce Conference Management Application from scratch
    • In this module, we will build a Conference Management App in Salesforce from scratch. You'll create custom objects, including Session and Speaker, along with necessary junction objects. Learn how to automate tasks using Apex, such as sending email notifications and handling double bookings. You will also create custom Visualforce pages and learn how to upload photos via controller extensions.
  • Using JavaScript in Visualforce Pages
    • In this module, we will explore how to enhance Visualforce pages by incorporating JavaScript. You’ll learn how to create a Hotel object to store hotel information and integrate Google Map API to display hotel locations on a map. This will add an interactive and dynamic element to your Salesforce pages.
  • REST Web Services
    • In this module, we will dive into REST web services in Salesforce and explore their role in integrating Salesforce with other applications. You will learn how to use the REST API to retrieve, create, update, and delete records like Account and Case. We’ll also introduce Salesforce Workbench for testing your API calls and working with data.
  • Complex REST API Call related to Account object
    • In this module, we will explore complex REST API calls related to the Account object. You will learn how to retrieve and search for Account records, as well as send data like Account information in requests. Additionally, we’ll discuss how to create and associate multiple Account and Contact records via API and manage responses efficiently.
