- This module covers essential techniques for securing systems, including encryption methods like GPG, SSL/TLS, and LUKS, as well as compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and FedRAMP. Learners will gain practical skills in securing data both at rest and in motion, implementing firewall rules, and maintaining SELinux policies.
Revisiting Modules and AppStreams
- This module provides an in-depth exploration of AppStreams, focusing on how to search, install, and manage software versions using module organization and version control. Learners will gain practical skills in managing application streams and understanding the modular structure of software in Oracle Linux.
Lions, Tigers, and Containers – Oh My! Podman and Friends
- This module introduces learners to Podman as an alternative container runtime, covering its features, comparisons with Docker, and practical uses in creating and managing containers. It explores utility containers, data storage, and integration with Kubernetes, providing hands-on skills for efficient container workflows.
Navigating Ansible Waters
- This module provides an in-depth look at installing and managing Oracle Linux Automation Manager (OLAM) in hybrid cloud environments. Learners will gain hands-on experience with designing playbooks, configuring OLAM through the UI, and managing patching workflows. The module emphasizes practical automation techniques to improve IT efficiency and resource management.

- This module covers the fundamentals of deploying Oracle Linux in both local and cloud environments, including VM migration, Docker container management with Portainer, and creating custom images for AWS.
