Syllabus

Setting Up Your First Collector
- This module provides hands-on guidance on configuring Sumo Logic collectors to ingest operating system logs and metrics, along with leveraging the App Catalog to enhance observability and security monitoring. Ingesting Data
- This module covers essential data ingestion techniques, including the use of Hosted Collectors, OpenTelemetry, and the Universal Collector. Learners will explore best practices, preprocessing strategies, and how to efficiently manage data flow into big data platforms.
Analyzing Data
- This module covers the fundamentals of querying and optimizing log data using Sumo Logic. Learners will explore key concepts such as scan, retrieval, and compute, and discover best practices for efficient data analysis. The module focuses on improving query performance and extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Metrics
- This module delves into the fundamentals of metrics collection, analysis, and their integration with logs to improve system monitoring and decision-making. Alerting, Monitoring, and Visualizing Data
