Syllabus

Software Updates

In this module, we will explore the crucial steps involved in managing software updates within SCCM. We will cover everything from setting up Software Update Points, syncing updates, and configuring classifications, to deploying updates both manually and automatically. Additionally, you’ll learn how to use System Center Updates Publisher for efficient update management.

Co-Management

In this module, we will delve into the concept of Co-management within SCCM. You will learn how to configure and support Co-management in a way that enables both SCCM and Intune to work together. This section will also equip you with the skills to manage Co-management effectively in your organization.

Reporting

In this module, we will focus on the configuration and management of reporting within SCCM. You will learn how to deploy and utilize the Reporting Point site role, as well as how to manage and maintain reporting effectively to support your SCCM environment.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

In this module, we will cover critical tools and techniques for maintaining and troubleshooting your SCCM environment. You’ll learn how to back up and restore sites, monitor the infrastructure, and use the Support Center and CMPivot for real-time insights into system health and performance.
