  • Customers
    • This module delves into key customer metrics such as Net Promoter Score, lifetime value, acquisition cost, and funnel drop-off rates. The module also covers calculations like compound interest and reverse year-to-date to support informed financial decision-making.

  • Distance and Space
    • This module introduces key spatial concepts and calculations relevant to geographic data analysis in Power BI. Learners will explore coordinate systems, bearings, and methods for determining proximity and relationships between data points using DAX. Practical applications include converting between coordinate types, calculating distances, and implementing spatial logic for business intelligence scenarios.
