    • In this module, we will introduce you to Agile Release Management, outline the course's objectives, and give you an overview of the key concepts. You will also meet your course instructor and begin engaging with practical exercises to help you apply your learning immediately.
  • Core Fundamentals of Agile Release
    • In this module, we will delve into the core fundamentals of Agile Release Management. Topics include defining product visions, creating roadmaps, analyzing your team’s current release state, and learning how to apply Scrum’s perspective to improve release effectiveness. Practical exercises will guide you through creating your product vision, roadmap, and refining your team’s release strategy.
  • Effective Release Planning
    • In this module, we will focus on effective release planning. You will learn how to balance scope, time, and cost through planning techniques, define MVPs and MVFs for risk management, and apply these insights in practical exercises to create detailed release plans with fixed scope and dates.
  • Release Infrastructure Essentials
    • In this module, we will explore the essential tools and strategies for successful Agile releases. Key topics include the deployment pipeline, continuous integration and delivery, configuration management, and the use of feature toggles and dark launches to reduce risk. You’ll learn how these strategies contribute to stable and repeatable releases.
  • Scaling Agile Releases
    • In this module, we will examine how to scale Agile release practices for large teams and organizations. We will discuss the SAFe, LeSS, and Nexus frameworks, and how they support large-scale collaboration, integration, and release coordination. You'll also assess your readiness to scale Agile releases across your organization.
