Organizational Structure and Culture
- Every organization, large and small, has its own organizational structure. Organizational structure affects many aspects of business, and in this course, you'll discover the elements that comprise organizational structure and some common types of organizational structures. You'll also learn about trends in organizational structure and design and have the opportunity to think critically about how organizations can reorganize when necessary. Finally, you'll see how these organizational changes may impact individuals within the organization.
