This hands on course teaches you to build practical AI agents using free or freemium no code tools, even if you have never written a line of code. You will start by translating a simple real world workflow into a series of triggers, conditions, and actions that an AI agent can execute. Using platforms such as Vellum, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or Dify, you will configure agents to manage tasks, schedule meetings, and send follow up messages. The course emphasizes safe experimentation: you will work in sandbox environments, use dummy data, and keep humans in the loop. You will practice debugging misbehaving agents, improving prompts, and refining workflows based on observed behavior. By the end, you will have at least one working AI agent that automates a personal or team workflow involving calendars, reminders, or lightweight coordination tasks.

Syllabus

From Workflow to No Code AI Design

In your day-to-day work, processes like scheduling, approvals, or task tracking often feel messy, manual, and hard to improve. This module shows you how to turn those real-world workflows into clear, structured designs for no-code AI agents. You will learn how to break work into steps, identify triggers and conditions, and decide when to use simple rules versus AI-driven judgment. You will also practice visualizing workflows in a tool-agnostic way so you can apply them anywhere. By the end of this module, you will be able to translate a messy workflow into a structured agent design ready for implementation.

Building Agents with Free No Code Tools

In this module, you move from planning to building by working directly inside no-code AI platforms. You will set up accounts, connect tools like email and calendars, and use visual builders to create working automations. You will also learn how to safely configure AI steps, handle authentication, and test workflows so they behave reliably in real scenarios. Along the way, you will compare platforms based on usability, integrations, and governance features to understand tradeoffs. By the end of this module, you will be able to build, test, and evaluate a complete no-code AI workflow using real tools.

Calendar, Tasks, and Personal Productivity Agents

In many roles, your day is shaped by meetings, messages, and follow-ups, yet the tools you use rarely help you manage them intelligently. In this module, you will build AI agents that connect directly to your calendar and communication systems to support scheduling, task tracking, and lightweight updates. You will learn how to turn availability into actionable scheduling decisions, convert incoming work into structured tasks, and generate timely reminders without creating noise or risk. By the end of this module, you will be able to design and configure a privacy-aware productivity agent that actively supports your daily workflow.
