This beginner-friendly Specialization helps non-technical professionals understand, build, and manage AI agents for everyday work. Across three courses, learners move from foundational concepts and use-case identification to hands-on creation of no-code agents that integrate with tools like calendars, email, and task systems. The program emphasizes practical business applications, including workflow automation, productivity enhancement, and customer-facing tasks. By the end, learners can confidently design, deploy, and evaluate AI agents while applying governance, safety, and performance measurement practices to ensure reliable outcomes.
Syllabus
- Course 1: AI Agents 101: Foundations of AI Agents
- Course 2: No Code AI Agents: Build Workflow & Calendar Automations
- Course 3: Evaluating, Governing, and Scaling AI Agents
Courses
-
This course introduces beginner learners to the core ideas behind agentic AI using clear language and concrete examples from modern organizations. You will learn how AI agents differ from chatbots, how they use tools and memory, and why enterprises are investing heavily in agent based automation. We will explore high impact use cases in IT support, customer service, sales, operations, and personal productivity from the US, Europe, and fast growing digital markets. You will practice spotting workflows where AI agents can safely assist, using simple opportunity mapping frameworks tailored for non technical professionals. The course also covers essential security, data, and governance considerations in plain language so you can participate confidently in AI conversations at work. By the end, you will be able to explain agentic AI to colleagues, identify realistic use cases, and prepare for hands on no code building in the next course.

This course teaches you how to assess and improve the quality, safety, and business impact of the AI agents you create. You will learn straightforward techniques for evaluating outputs, measuring reliability, and reducing hallucinations and errors. The course covers beginner friendly security, privacy, and governance practices so your agents align with organizational policies and regulations. You will design simple experiments to compare processes with and without agents, quantify time savings, and communicate results to managers. Finally, you will explore how to maintain, document, and responsibly scale your agents without creating unmanageable “agent sprawl.” By the end, you will be able to define clear output requirements, evaluate your agents systematically, and make evidence based decisions about when and how to deploy them.
-
This hands on course teaches you to build practical AI agents using free or freemium no code tools, even if you have never written a line of code. You will start by translating a simple real world workflow into a series of triggers, conditions, and actions that an AI agent can execute. Using platforms such as Vellum, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or Dify, you will configure agents to manage tasks, schedule meetings, and send follow up messages. The course emphasizes safe experimentation: you will work in sandbox environments, use dummy data, and keep humans in the loop. You will practice debugging misbehaving agents, improving prompts, and refining workflows based on observed behavior. By the end, you will have at least one working AI agent that automates a personal or team workflow involving calendars, reminders, or lightweight coordination tasks.
