Fundamentals of Data Analysis
- This module establishes systematic methodologies for collecting, organizing, and processing account-related data that drives informed decision-making in account management. Students will learn data quality principles, collection strategies, and techniques for ensuring data accuracy and completeness across multiple sources. The module emphasizes the importance of consistent data management practices and how proper data organization supports advanced analysis and reporting. Learners will master techniques for leveraging AI assistance to streamline data processing while maintaining data integrity and developing automated workflows for ongoing data management.
Financial Management in Account Management
- This module introduces financial management principles that enable account managers to make informed decisions about account profitability and resource allocation. Through practical applications using Microsoft tools and Copilot assistance, learners will develop skills in financial communication, business case development, and creating systematic approaches to financial accountability in account management contexts.
