  • Operational Components
    • This module details the internal components of supply chain execution such as logistics operations, CRM, procurement, manufacturing, planning, and inventory—all critical to operational efficiency.
  • Logistics Infrastructure & Globalization
    • This module focuses on the physical logistics infrastructure—including transportation, warehousing, packaging, and handling—and examines global strategies and network design in an interconnected world.
  • Strategic Management & Future Outlook
