It covers sales forecasting, production planning, direct materials and labor budgeting, manufacturing overhead, and non-manufacturing costs.   • Financial Projections & Capital Planning
    • This module focuses on translating budgets into projected financial statements and long-term investment decisions. It covers proforma income statements, cash flow projections, balance sheet forecasting, capital budgeting, project budgeting, activity-based budgeting, and zero-based budgeting.   • Dynamic Budgets & Forecasting Tools
    • This module introduces adaptive budgeting methods and quantitative forecasting tools used in modern financial planning.
