Learners will explore the differences between forecasting and budgeting, understand the key requirements of an effective budgeting system, and develop practical skills to create structured budgets, with a special focus on sales budgeting as the cornerstone of financial planning.
  • Mastering Variance Fundamentals
    • This module focuses on the core principles of variance analysis and its importance in performance evaluation and cost control. Learners will understand how to interpret variances, apply standard formulas, and break down variances into meaningful components. The module also provides in-depth insights into material and labor cost variances for effective financial analysis.
  • Advanced Variance & MIS Reporting
    • This module advances learners’ understanding of overhead variances and introduces practical applications of variance reporting through MIS systems. It covers variable and fixed overhead variances and demonstrates how to create, interpret, and present variance analysis reports using Excel for effective business decision-making.
