Understanding Promotion Decision Inputs

In this module, you'll apply your understanding of why gut-feel promotions fail and what data inputs actually predict success in a new role. Through a discovery role play, you'll face a promotion decision where your instinct conflicts with the data—then learn why performance score, tenure, and potential rating each tell a different part of the story.

Building and Using a Decision Matrix

In this module, you'll move from understanding inputs to making defensible decisions. Using a weighted decision matrix, you'll compare two promotion candidates, apply organizational weights, and learn to communicate your recommendation using AI assistance—while ensuring your reasoning is transparent and verifiable.
