The course explains how to streamline workflows, improve production flow, and reduce operational lead times effectively. Advanced modules cover Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), equipment reliability, and continuous improvement practices. Learners will understand proactive maintenance strategies, TPM pillars, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measurement techniques to improve equipment performance, workplace safety, and operational reliability.   • Foundations of Lean Thinking & Workplace Organization
    • This module introduces the core principles of Lean Manufacturing, including its history, key concepts, and implementation framework. It explores workplace organization through 5S and introduces setup time reduction using SMED, helping learners build a strong foundation in lean thinking and operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization & Flow Management
    • This module focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes through advanced Lean tools such as SMED, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Just-In-Time (JIT) systems. Learners will understand how to streamline workflows, reduce lead time, and implement pull-based production using Kanban systems.
  • Maintenance Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    • This module covers Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), equipment efficiency, and continuous improvement practices. It emphasizes proactive maintenance strategies, OEE measurement, and TPM pillars to ensure high equipment reliability, workplace safety, and sustainable operational performance.
