Every successful project begins with a solid plan. Building Your Project Management Foundation equips you with the essential skills to confidently plan, organize, and initiate projects, whether you are managing academic assignments, workplace initiatives, or client engagements. You will learn the core principles of project management, including defining project scope, setting SMART objectives, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), developing project schedules, and understanding the critical relationship between time, scope, cost, and stakeholder expectations. Through practical examples and guided exercises, you will build real project deliverables using project management tools such as Google Sheets, Lucidchart, and Trello. What sets this project management course apart is its hands-on, practical approach. Instead of focusing solely on project management theory, you will create project charters, WBS diagrams, Gantt charts, stakeholder communication plans, and risk registers that mirror real-world project documentation. By the end of the course, you will have a complete project planning toolkit and the confidence to transform ideas into structured, well-managed projects. Whether you are a student, an aspiring project manager, or a professional looking to strengthen your planning skills, this course provides the foundation needed to deliver projects successfully across any industry.
