    • This module explores the structured process followed by business analysts to identify business needs and deliver effective solutions. You will learn the key steps involved in the business analysis process, including requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement. The module also introduces commonly used tools and techniques that support requirement documentation, analysis, and communication. Through practical activities, you will examine how these tools and techniques are applied in real-world business analysis scenarios.
  • Business Analysis Practical Applications
    • This module focuses on applying business analysis techniques to real-world business scenarios. You will explore how business analysis supports decision-making across industries and learn how to conduct gap analysis to identify performance improvements. The module also introduces practical tools such as Excel for creating business matrices and analyzing data. In addition, you will examine digital transformation strategies, technology assessment frameworks, and the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing modern business analysis practices.
  • Final Project
    • This module provides an opportunity to apply the concepts and techniques learned throughout the course.
