Google Workspace: Administrator Essentials is the first course of Exam Prep: Google Cloud Certified Associate Google Workspace Administrator Specialization. The course covers the administration and configuration of core Google Workspace services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar, along with managing service integrations. Practical emphasis is placed on implementing automation for efficiency and controlling all aspects of Google Workspace services. Through hands-on demos, participants will gain real-world experience in managing user, resource, and shared drive lifecycles and configuring the diverse suite of Google Workspace applications. The course is divided into two modules, and Lessons and Video Lectures further segment each module. This course facilitates learners with approximately 3:00-3:30 Hours of Video lectures that provide both Theory and Hands-On knowledge. Also, Graded and Ungraded Quizzes are provided with every module to test the ability of learners.     • Welcome to Week 1. This week, we'll begin by exploring user management, covering both individual user accounts and the synchronization of data between your Google domain and Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP servers. We'll learn to effectively manage organizational structures and create and maintain groups. We'll also delve into contact management, ensuring seamless communication within your domain. Through practical demonstrations, we'll gain hands-on experience in managing the complete life cycle of users, resources, and shared drives. By the end of this module, you'll be equipped to efficiently administer and maintain your Google Workspace environment, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.
  • Configure and Control Services in Google Workspace
    • Welcome to Week 2. This week, we'll delve into the administration of Google Workspace services, providing you with the skills to efficiently manage your organization's digital workspace. We'll explore configuring and managing Google Workspace Core Apps in two parts, covering essential applications and their settings. We'll learn about managing service integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across various platforms. We'll also dive into implementing automation within Google Workspace, streamlining routine tasks and enhancing productivity. By the end of this module, you'll be proficient in administering and optimizing your Google Workspace environment.
