Syllabus

Foundations of GenAI for Managers and Decision-Making
- Build a strong foundation in Generative AI for managers and decision-makers by exploring why GenAI matters, decision-making fundamentals, and manager mental models for improving decision quality. Learn to identify common failure modes, decision risks, and potential challenges when applying GenAI. This module equips leaders with essential GenAI knowledge to make informed, effective, and responsible decisions.
Building the Decision Brief and Responsible AI Use Cases
- Develop practical skills in building decision briefs and applying Generative AI to responsible business use cases. Learn to create decision memos and risk registers using real numbers, identify high-value AI use cases across functions, and apply responsible AI governance. Through practical demonstrations, develop pilot communication artefacts that support informed decision-making, effective risk management, and responsible GenAI adoption.
Scaling and Rolling Out AI Programs
- Scale and roll out Generative AI programs by learning how to build AI operating models, select pilot workflows using scorecards, and develop structured AI rollout plans. Explore the 30–60–90 day AI rollout framework and create practical pilot playbooks, prompt libraries, and QA checklists. This module equips managers with practical strategies to scale AI programmes, improve adoption, and drive effective GenAI implementation.
