Just like many other areas, HR is being disrupted by Gen AI. Gen AI allows the automated processing of vast amounts of employee information for various purposes, faster creation and tailoring of communications for various audiences, and various other use cases. We will explore how Gen AI is used for performance assessment, answering routine questions, analyzing CVs, facilitating goal setting and coaching of employees, and a lot more. This course will also touch on crucial questions related to biases, fairness, data privacy, the consequences of automated decisions, and other questions raised when you apply Gen AI to HR.     • Covering integrating Gen AI into specific workflows and use cases along the talent lifecycle, such as performance management, L&D content curation, workforce planning, employee engagement and employee retention.
  • Course Conclusion
    • Reviewing the modules covered so far and closing the course.
