  • Building the Foundations of Tesla’s Financial Model
    • This module introduces the foundation of Tesla’s financial model by examining sales performance, analyzing historical data, and exploring the company’s official reports. Learners will understand the role of consolidated financial statements, calculate historical growth rates, project revenue, and forecast key expenses. Emphasis is placed on structuring inputs, assumptions, and working capital to establish a reliable base for the model.
  • Advanced Forecasting and Balance Sheet Modeling
    • This module deepens the forecasting process by addressing capital expenditure planning, depreciation schedules, equity adjustments, and provisions for income taxes. Learners will connect income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, building a comprehensive model that accurately reflects Tesla’s financial position. Special focus is placed on linking financial statements to ensure balance and integrity across the model.
  • Valuation, Ratios, and Final Model Integration
    • This module focuses on advanced valuation techniques and final model integration. Learners will calculate free cash flows, apply WACC as a discount rate, and estimate Tesla’s terminal value and share price. The module also emphasizes sensitivity analysis for testing assumptions and ratio analysis for assessing financial performance. By the end, learners will complete a fully functional valuation model for Tesla Inc.
