Financial Structures & Capital Planning

This module explores Twitter’s financial structures, focusing on balance sheet essentials, debt and lease obligations, share equity, and working capital. Learners will gain insights into capital planning strategies and corporate organization while mastering the integration of financial schedules into the broader model.

Valuation & Final Model

This module focuses on valuation techniques and final integration. Learners will develop supporting schedules, apply discounted cash flow and cost of capital methods, and consolidate Twitter’s complete financial model.
