Great programs don't happen by accident. In this course, you'll learn how to design evidence-based educational and community programs that address real needs and create meaningful outcomes. Explore needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, program theories, logic models, and implementation planning while gaining practical tools you can use in nonprofit organizations, Extension, public agencies, schools, and community-based programs. Whether you're creating a new program or improving an existing one, you'll learn how to build a strong foundation for success.
