Syllabus

Building Competitive Moats in the AI Era
- This module examines how operational efficiency, proprietary data, domain expertise, personalization, network effects, and integrated AI workflows create sustainable competitive moats. Learners distinguish traditional advantages from scalable digital and data-driven sources of differentiation.
Turning AI Opportunities into Business Value
- This module develops the ability to identify high-impact AI opportunities and convert them into measurable business outcomes. Learners explore AI use cases, strategic roadmaps, pilot design, execution controls, performance evaluation, and evidence-based rollout decisions.
Scaling AI and Empowering the Workforce
- This module focuses on scaling AI infrastructure, standardizing global deployments, optimizing production performance, and designing effective human–AI collaboration. Learners examine workforce augmentation, change management, organizational agility, and leadership responsibilities.
Creating an AI-First Enterprise
- This module connects AI-first culture, enterprise strategy, workforce redesign, and responsible adoption. Learners evaluate trust, transparency, continuous learning, algorithmic fairness, privacy, accountability, and safe AI implementation across business functions.
Governing AI and Managing Enterprise Risk
- This module prepares learners to navigate global AI regulations and establish enterprise governance systems. Learners apply risk taxonomies, governance councils, control frameworks, impact assessments, auditing, model monitoring, security controls, and responsible MLOps practices.
