You'll also decide when to keep connection broad and fast versus when to go deep, and open sessions with trivia and guessing games that welcome people the moment they log in. - Virtual learners are one click away from a hundred distractions, so the moments before your content even begins can make or break their engagement. In this module, you'll build a toolkit of unofficial start activities, from question prompts to trivia to annotation, so you can spark connection and set an interactive tone from the very first minute.
Connect Throughout the Training
- Reading the room is hard when cameras are off and body language disappears, but disengagement doesn't have to win. In this module, you'll apply micro-engagements every few minutes, using physical cues, reactions, and quick polls, so you can keep learners active and gauge how they're really doing.
Elevate with Brain Breaks
- Even the best content loses people once they've been staring at a screen too long. In this module, you'll build a set of brain breaks that get learners moving and away from the screen, so you can re-energize the room and make your training stick.
Scale Learner Connections
- Breakout rooms can spark real connection or leave people stuck in an awkward waiting room, and the difference comes down to how you design them. In this module, you'll apply strategies for structuring breakouts, preparing participants, and debriefing afterward, so you can scale meaningful connection across any size group.
